Accessible Hybrid Meeting Toolkit
The Toolkit is designed to help meeting organizers and facilitators plan accessible hybrid meetings when participants are both in person and joining the meeting through a web conferencing platform such as Zoom, MS Teams, or Webex.
Some of the basic questions you need to ask yourself when planning a hybrid meeting are:
-
Do I need to provide a sign-language interpreter?
-
Does the web conferencing platform I am using allow me to provide Real-Time Captioning (CART)?
-
Are my PowerPoint slides, meeting agendas, and other documents accessible and available to persons using Screen Readers?
Here are some resources that will help you plan for an accessible hybrid meeting.
